Hilton Mervis is a leading disputes lawyer at McDermott with nearly 30 years’ experience litigating and resolving high-value, complex, and multi-jurisdictional disputes. He advises corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds, and high-net-worth individuals across matters including alternative investment disputes, civil fraud, banking and contractual claims, shareholder and corporate governance issues, and financial services litigation. A solicitor advocate, Hilton is also a member of the Commercial Court Users Committee, Chair of the London Commercial Litigators’ Forum, and editor of key commercial litigation texts.
