Coronavirus (COVID-19)—HMCTS revise Form EX107 following remote hearings

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has published a revised version of Form EX107 to order a transcript of court or tribunal proceedings. A new section has been added to the Form to ascertain whether the hearing for which a transcript is requested took place using Skype, Cloud Video Platform (CVP), fully video or another medium. If the hearing took place on the telephone and a transcript is required, Form EX107 requires the name of the service provider and billing number to be added.

HMCTS has made available to download:

• a Form EX107 (to request a court transcript)

• a Form EX107 (for multiple requests)

• a guidance note for Form EX107

• a guidance note for Form EX107 in Welsh

HMCTS advise reading the guidance note before completing the Form.
