Caroline leads the editorial operations functions across LexisNexis UK to deliver the editorial tasks, content processing and production to metrics defined by the business. She assists her team, one of the largest departments within the LexisNexis UK business, in managing the evolving structures delivering the content processes for material published through multiple channels across all publications and titles including commentary, primary law, practical guidance, and magazines & journals. As part of a Global Operations organisation, Caroline also collaborates and shares best practices with colleagues in other business units to ensure continuous improvement of our overall operational efficiency and content sharing, providing better integrated solutions for our customers.
Experience prior to LexisNexis
Caroline has worked in a managerial capacity within LexisNexis over a number of years in the Content Operations and Primary Law teams. She has vast experience of managing offshore workstreams and has been at the forefront of LexisNexis UK's Continuous Improvement programme.
She holds a degree in Biology from York University and is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Manager.
Other Hobbies/areas of interest
Caroline lives with her husband and teenage daughter in Surrey. She enjoys travelling, reading, theatre and art.
