Linda Bangle
Snr. HR Director, UK & Global Nexis Solutions
Linda serves as the HR Leadership Partner at LexisNexis, where she leads the HR strategy for both LexisNexis UK and Global Nexis Solutions. In her role, Linda is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment between the people strategy and the overall business strategy. Her leadership is pivotal in fostering a productive and engaged workforce across the organisation.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Linda spent eight years at Baker & McKenzie, where she worked within the HR team. Her experience there provided a strong foundation in human resources practices. Additionally, Linda holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
In her free time, Linda enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and hobbies. She is passionate about scuba diving and often goes on walking and camping trips. Linda also loves socialising and engaging in anything related to nature, finding joy and relaxation in the great outdoors.
