With over 25 years of experience in the electronic communications sector, Feyo is Principal Regulatory counsel in our team. Feyo represents industry groups of the main telecoms operators in the Netherlands and in the EU in relation to the development and implementation of new legislation and regulation. He founded two industry groups of telecoms operators. Since 2002, he is chairman of the telecoms operators groups of NLconnect (www.nlconnect.org).
 
His experience formed the basis for starting the Bird & Bird international regulatory and public affairs group. Feyo is co-head of our international cyber security steering group and member of the AI strategy group and the Data group. Since 2020 his work extended to regulations in the digital economy, advising a wide array of international clients with regard to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and data regulation. He is a frequent speaker during national and international events and conferences.
