Dipti Shah
Dipti Shah is a Partner and Head of Employment Law at Quastels LLP. She advises employers, boards and senior executives on complex and high-stakes employment law matters, with particular expertise in workforce culture, senior leadership issues, executive exits, whistleblowing, workplace investigations and sensitive people-risk management.
With more than 25 years' experience, Dipti is recognised for combining technical excellence with a highly commercial and pragmatic approach. She works closely with owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger organisations, helping them navigate challenging workplace issues, organisational change and strategic employment risks.
Dipti's career spans private practice, business ownership and in-house legal leadership. Prior to joining Quastels, she founded and successfully ran her own specialist employment law firm for 16 years, advising businesses across a broad range of sectors. She later served as sole Legal Counsel at Barnardo's, one of the UK's largest children's charities, supporting an organisation with a workforce of more than 7,000 employees.
