She has 15 years experience in general commercial litigation, high value disputed debt recovery claims, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings. Zalena is very experienced in navigating complex disputes relating to industrial machinery and construction vehicles. Zalena is familiar with Conducting a wide range of commercial and general disputes including contractual disputes (sale of goods and services), and insolvency (high value debt claims / enforcing judgments / bankruptcy / winding up / insolvency procedures). She is also experienced in conducting disputes in the County Court and High Court.
