Richard Evans is a partner in the pensions department at Mayer Brown. He is an adviser to a number of pension plans that range in size from small to very large. He covers the full range of pensions issues, including compliance, scheme documentation, investment, dispute resolution, restructuring, and winding-up. Richard also advises on pension issues involved in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Richard has written articles for Pensions World, Pensions, Chartered Secretary and Trust Law International and authored The National Association of Pension Funds' "Made Simple" guides to the Regulations under the Pensions Act.
