Amy V. Endicott

Amy Endicott is an internationally recognised arbitration practitioner who counsels clients on international dispute resolution. She has represented technology, aerospace, and infrastructure companies in many arbitrations under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. She also represents both claimant investors and respondent States in investment arbitrations administered by the World Bank's International Centre for Investment Disputes. Amy is a frequent speaker on the topic international arbitration and technology, and is passionate about finding customised solutions for clients facing international disputes.
