Tracey provides technical advice to clients and colleagues on complex issues relating to commercial litigation, including issues of substantive law and all aspects of civil procedure. She is also responsible for managing and delivering disputes-focused training to fee earners in London.

A general litigator by background, Tracey has experience advising on a wide range of disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, civil fraud matters, joint venture disputes, enforcement proceedings and claims arising out of bilateral and multilateral investment treaties. She also has experience advising on contentious and non-contentious data protection matters. Tracey has represented clients in proceedings before the English courts and tribunals and arbitral tribunals, and has acted as strategic partner to local counsel in overseas courts.
