This Precedent, produced in partnership with Nicholas O'Reilly of MHA Macintryre Hudson, would typically be used by joint liquidators in an MVL. This covers the joint liquidators if they have, among other things, made distributions to members in the liquidation, particularly if this happens early on, and it later transpires that some unexpected costs arise to be paid by the company or a claim is made against the company and funds are required to deal with that claim.

This script is generic and can be amended depending on what the purpose of the meeting is for, but gives some general guidance on how an office-holder would approach a standard meeting.
