This copyright licence sets out the main licence terms upon which a developer is permitted to use copyright material in the course of a construction project, including: identifying the copyright material; establishing the scope of permitted use; and terms on which the licence can either be assigned or sublicensed. As is typical in construction projects, the copyright licence is non-exclusive, irrevocable, non-terminable and royalty-free.
