Fiona Ross

Fiona maintains a broad personal injury practice but specialises in serious injury litigation, motor and travel insurance fraud and occupational disease, with specialist expertise in Pain and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) claims. She is instructed in claims concerning life altering injuries arising out of injuries at work, in public places as well as serious traffic accidents, both on her own and with leading Counsel. Fiona represents seriously injured claimants, insurance companies and health trusts. She is also instructed in complex industrial disease claims. Fiona is known for her robust cross examination style and her sensitive and sympathetic approach when communicating the issues to clients. Fiona has a busy, nationwide practice and is instructed on a repeat basis by many of the UK’s insurance companies. In addition, she has experience of dealing with organised fraud rings and undertakes complex credit hire claims, EL/PL and OL claims, inquests, occupational stress and historical abuse claims.
