Eugenio Gormáz
Eugenio’s practice focuses on intellectual and industrial property rights, primarily in matters relating to trademarks and patents, copyright, information technology, advertising law, licensing and brand protection, plant varieties, appellations of origin and geographical indications, and litigation.
At the same time, he has implemented strategies for the protection of the rights of industrial property in Chile and abroad for a significant portfolio of national and international clients in industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and transport, among others.
