Innes Clark

Innes Clark heads up Morton Fraser's employment law team based in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Innes is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. Innes is also Signet Accredited in employment law, a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Innes advises both employers and employees (including senior executives) on a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, workplace discrimination and settlement agreements. Innes acts for clients at all stages of the employment relationship including negotiating severance arrangements and representation before Employment Tribunals. He also advises on the employment law implications of business acquisitions and disposals. Innes lectures in employment law on the University of Edinburgh Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. Innes also lectures at Napier University on the MSc in Human Resource Management. In addition, Innes leads the UK wide employment law paralegal course run by Central Law Training in conjunction with the University of Strathclyde.
