Kun-Hee Cho

Kun-Hee Cho is a member of the International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Group at Kim & Chang. He has experience in arbitration cases involving contract, M&A, construction, insurance and maritime disputes before ICC, KCAB, JCAA and ad- hoc arbitrations. He has also participated in various cross-border litigation and insolvency cases.

He has been the country reporter for Korea in the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, co-author in Guide to International Arbitration for Korean Companies (published by the Korea Ministry of Justice), and a researcher for the Korea Arbitration Act Revision Committee.
