Gareth Collins

Gareth is an Associate in our Financial Services team. He has experience of a broad range of work in respect of authorised funds (both UCITS and AIFs) including authorisations, mergers and changes to formation and constitution. Gareth also advises fund management companies and service providers on structuring queries and ongoing legal and regulatory obligations connected to the operation of their business. Gareth studied law at Queen’s University in Belfast before qualifying as a solicitor with a leading Dublin law firm. Gareth joined Eversheds Sutherland in March 2019 and is admitted to practise in both England & Wales and Ireland.
