Ian is Head of Financial Services at Konexo. His practice is the operational delivery of regulatory compliance projects from small niche-focused technical reviews to large-scale retail remediation programs across a variety of conduct risk sectors.

His recent experience includes delivery of a significant and complex remediation project for a highly regarded UK-based bank; resourcing a fully outsourced remediation program for a UK insurer redressing thousands of customers for detriment arising from unsuitable financial advice; and advising a wealth management subsidiary of a private bank on how to restructure their three-line defense model to provide enhanced assurance, ensuring business monitoring and compliance deliver effective and proportionate risk oversight.
