Vikki Wiberg
Vikki is a Senior Counsel in Taylor Wessing's Employment, Pensions and Mobility group and a member of its China group. She specialises in employment and immigration law and advises a broad range of corporate and individual clients on a variety of important matters. These include investor visa applications, corporate visa applications, employment issues related to insolvency, redundancies, negotiating executive remuneration packages, employee terminations, commercial transactions and day-to-day employment issues.
She has extensive experience working with the Home Office and UK Visas & Immigration and is a member of ILPA. Vikki was recognised in the UK Legal 500 2023 for her employment and immigration expertise and has written for publications including Personnel Today, Workplace Law, HR Director and Graduate Recruiter.
She's also been invited to speak at a number of conferences covering topics including disciplinary issues, changes in the law, and developments in immigration systems.
