Mantas Petkevičius
Mantas is leading the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team, which covers both (a) fund structuring (formation, negotiations for Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) or fund rules, regulatory advice) and (b) private equity and venture capital transactions.
Mantas regularly advises private equity and venture capital players on fund formation, portfolio management, investment structuring and exits and has extensive experience in representing financial investors (VC and PE fund) as well as their counterparties in transactions.
He has also been involved in projects aiming to improve the legal and regulatory framework for PE/VC industry.
