I am an experienced CTA qualified legal director in Birkett’s private client advisory team, specialising in tax, trusts and estate planning for UK and non-UK resident and domiciled clients. I provide advice to a range of clients including high net worth individuals, private banks and other financial institutions.

I have 20 years experience advising on a range of UK tax issues, including the implications of moving to or leaving the UK and asset holding structures. I provide advice to leading international financial institutions on trust law issues, UK tax and policy documentation.

I also have particular expertise in drafting complex precedent and bespoke trust documentation.
