Oliver Wooding

Oliver acts as an advocate, advisor and mediator in the areas of wills and trusts, and real estate, and the areas of overlap between them. He is also regularly instructed to act in Court of Protection matters involving property and affairs. His recent experience includes the full range of contentious probate claims – testamentary capacity, knowledge and approval, undue influence and fraudulent calumny – as well as the removal of executors, Beddoe applications, lifetime undue influence claims, claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, as well as proprietary estoppel, co-ownership disputes, and landlord and tenant matters. He is direct access qualified and trained as a mediator in 2015.
