Gilles Teerlinck
Gilles Teerlinck is a partner in the London Finance practice and a member of the European High Yield team and Weil’s Liability Management and Strategic Capital Solutions practice.
Gilles advises issuer and underwriter clients, as well as hybrid capital investors on international capital markets and cross-border finance transactions, with a particular focus on high-yield bond financings and acquisition financings. Gilles also advises on liability management transactions and strategic capital solutions, restructurings, initial public offerings and U.S. securities law matters.
Based in London and fluent in English, French and Dutch, Gilles has a deep understanding of the European leveraged finance market.
Gilles has advised on numerous landmark and innovative transactions which have been recognised by leading publications over the last decade.
