Anna Lewis-Martinez
Anna Lewis-Martinez is a knowledge management lawyer in the Financial Regulatory Practice of Latham & Watkins’ London office and a member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group.
Ms. Lewis-Martinez specialises in financial services regulation. She has a particular focus on the FCA’s Conduct of Business Rules, European regulatory developments (including MiFID II, MAR, and the EU Benchmarks Regulation), the implications of Brexit for the financial services sector, conduct and culture and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Lewis-Martinez was a knowledge management lawyer for the Financial Regulatory and Finance practices at another international law firm. Ms. Lewis-Martinez also practised as a transactional lawyer at a Magic Circle firm.
