Alexandra Rohmert joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2000 and became a partner in January 2016. Prior to this, she had been practicing for nearly four years with Clifford Chance in Frankfurt and Paris, before joining Archibald Andersen in 1997. She has dual French and German (“Rechtsanwältin”) legal qualifications. Alexandra has been advising international clients in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional private M&A and joint venture transactions for more than 20 years, with a focus on industry and consumer products.
