Senior Associate
Nadia Latti is a Senior Associate in the CMS Dispute Resolution Team. She has extensive experience in handling disputes for corporate clients involving litigation and arbitration, as well as providing strategic advice on avoiding or settling disputes in order to best meet the commercial needs of clients.
Nadia advises clients on complex and significant commercial disputes across sectors including technology and telecommunications, media, banking and finance. She acts on matters with cross-border elements and has experience working with third-party funders.
Prior to joining CMS, Nadia was a Senior Associate in the Litigation team at Clayton Utz in Sydney, Australia.
