Louisa is a partner in the top-ranked intellectual property team at Taylor Vinters, specialising in international brand management,   protection and enforcement.  Her practice focuses on developing cost-effective, international brand protection strategies complemented by effective enforcement programs that deliver value for her clients and support their commercial objectives. She is an expert in clearing brands for use in new territories and devising effective strategies for appropriately managing risk, and is skilled at managing and translating local counsel advice across multiple jurisdictions. She also represents clients in oppositions before the UK and EU IPOs, as well as coordinating multi-jurisdictional enforcement matters around the world.
