Sharron has been a corporate tax solicitor for almost 19 years with extensive experience as a specialist real estate tax advisor and is particularly well known for her extensive knowledge relating to complex SDLT matters. Having formerly been a partner at Davies Arnold Cooper (now Beachcroft DAC) Sharron has since 2011, worked as an independent consultant providing transactional tax advisory support to her clients, which include other solicitors and accountancy practices.
Sharron’s clients range from small businesses, partnerships and private clients to multi-national listed corporates and banks as well as local authorities, pension funds, insurers, universities and providers of social and student housing.
Sharron is committed to providing clients with clear, practical and realistic advice. She is able to ensure that issues and solutions are identified early and dealt with efficiently and sometimes innovatively without losing sight of the commercial aims of the parties and the requirements of getting the deal the done.
