Emmanuel specialises in competition and consumer law and is based in the Allens Linklaters Port Moresby Office. He has spent over 12 years of his career working alongside Government and Private sector entities in the areas of economic and M&A regulation in PNG. Some of the notable projects he has worked on include undertaking competition assessments for the PNG competition regulator on several significant M&A transactions in PNG's Telecommunications industry, Shipping industry, Airlines industry and FMCG industry. And he has also assisted the PNG competition regulator in undertaking competition law legislative reforms and market studies.
