Siân is Head of the Lexis+® UK Arbitration, Corporate Crime and Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Group.

Siân has wide ranging experience advising and defending companies, directors and senior managers facing investigation and prosecution by enforcement and regulatory authorities. During her time in private practice, she advised clients at all stages of corporate crime and regulatory incidents, including initial incident and crisis management, regulatory and internal investigations, interviews under caution, coroners’ inquests and criminal prosecutions and sentencing in England and Wales. She also regularly delivered training to clients on a wide range of corporate crime and regulatory issues.

Before joining LexisNexis, Siân trained and worked at Eversheds LLP, now Eversheds Sutherland LLP, and later worked in the corporate crime and regulatory teams at Pannone LLP and DWF LLP.

At LexisNexis, Siân supports her Group practice areas to develop practical guidance content on Lexis+® UK. She has a particular focus on the development of the Corporate Crime practical guidance module, which includes content on corporate criminal liability, white collar crime, regulatory crime and criminal procedure.
