Stephen Whittaker

Stephen Whittaker qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and joined Weightmans LLP as a partner in May 2007.

He acts for property investors, developers and occupiers and has extensive property secured lending and retail experience. His clients include banks, off-shore trusts, leisure centre operators and retailers.

Stephen is a contributor to Volumes 25(3)A-C Leasehold Flat Schemes (Long Leases) and 38(2) Sale of Land (Commercial Property) of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
