Biomass fuel supply agreements
Practice notes

This Practice Note outlines what a fuel supply agreement is and provides an overview of key considerations in biomass fuel supply contracts and provides a link to our precedent fuel supply agreement, drafted on the basis that the generator is a biomass generator. Biomass as a fuel involves using biological material from waste and wood, energy crops (eg miscanthus), and residues from forestry or agriculture.
