International Financial Markets Guide—Russia
Practice Note

This is a chapter in a survey of World-Wide Financial Services Laws and Regulations, intended to provide a quick and easy overview of the key laws and regulations applicable to financial businesses. The questions have been developed in discussion with the industry. The answers are intended to contain sufficient detail to be helpful but not too much to inhibit their use as a reference tool. Clearly detailed legal advice is required when new services are to be undertaken, products developed or offices opened.
