Thomas St Quintin
Tom specialises in intellectual property and has been involved in patent disputes about mobile phones, LEDs and simpler technologies, trade mark, passing off, copyright, design rights, IT and computer contract disputes, cases about confidential information, and cases about database rights. He has been instructed in cases in the Patents County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and in the European Court of Justice.
In 2008-2009 Tom spent 9 months on secondment at IP litigation firm Powell Gilbert LLP.
