Janna Purdie
Janna is a dispute resolution lawyer with a Masters in Construction Law and International Dispute Resolution. During her time in private practice at Herbert Smith and Dentons, she worked on complex international disputes, including litigation and LMAA arbitrations, with a particular focus on technical cross-border issues.
Within Lexis+®, Janna focuses on cross-border dispute resolution, including conflict of laws, service, cross-border mediation and cross-border enforcement. She also works closely with the EU law team, supporting materials which help practitioners understand the interaction between domestic, assimilated and EU legal frameworks.
