Rosali Pretorius

Rosali is a partner in the services regulation group, which forms part of the Simmons & Simmons financial markets practice in London. She has more than 20 years' experience of advising on broker-dealer, asset management and bank regulation, derivatives and funds. Rosali is highly rated for her work on energy and commodity derivatives.

Rosali joined Simmons & Simmons from Dentons where she led the firm's non-contentious financial regulatory practice in London. With extensive experience in market infrastructure, commodities, derivatives and alternative investment funds, Rosali has worked with banks, energy providers, broker-dealers, fund managers, insurance companies and other financial intermediaries. She advises both sell-side and buy-side clients.
