Catherine worked as a transactional lawyer in the Banking and Finance team for many years before taking up her role as a Knowledge Lawyer Principal Associate. Her expertise includes leveraged finance, acquisition finance, securitisation transactions and asset finance plus good and bad book refinancing, restructuring and insolvency disposals.
