Dr Michael Nueber

Michael Nueber is a Counsel with Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law and operates from both Vaduz and Vienna. He predominantly specialises in international dispute resolution and estate planning. In the past years he has also been involved in arbitration proceedings dealing with competition-, construction-, corporate-, and energy-related matters.


Michael Nueber studied at the University of Vienna and the University College London. He is the author of more than 40 legal publications, including a commentary on the Austrian arbitration act as well as a handbook on dispute resolution involving foundations under Austrian and Liechtenstein law. Furthermore, he regularly gives lectures at Universities and speaks on conferences and seminars.
