Mark Mouthaan

Mark Mouthaan joined NautaDutilh in 2004 and specialises in banking, securities and insolvency law concerning bank finance, capital market and restructuring transactions. In these areas he represents financial institutions, investors, issuers and borrowers.

Mark completed three postgraduate programmes (on finance and security rights (cum laude), securities law and insolvency law), has been seconded to two large Dutch banks and studied law in Rotterdam (cum laude). He teaches regularly on credit agreements.
