Bruce Monnington

Bruce Monnington is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and Environmental Law Foundation. He was winner of the Struben prize in Landlord and Tenant in the Bar finals (year of call: 1989) and is head of the Environment Group at Fenners Chambers. Before joining Fenners Chambers, Bruce was Chief Legal Adviser at the Country Land and Business Association, where he was involved in many key environmental reforms. He has considerable experience and expertise in all areas of environmental and property law relating to agriculture and the countryside. Bruce is co-author of 'Essential Law for Landowners and Farmers' and has contributed to Volumes 2(3) Agriculture; Allotments, Smallholdings and Gardens; Animal Protection and Health and 16(1) Fences, Boundaries and Party Walls; Forestry of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
