Darren Becker
Darren is a pensions specialist formerly of Linklaters and Pinsent Masons. As a practitioner, Darren advised companies and trustees on a wide range of pensions legal issues including interpretation of pensions legislation, amendment of scheme documentation, restructuring of benefits, merger of schemes, and trustee liability and insurance. Darren is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and holds diplomas in Advanced Retirement Provision and International Employee Benefits from the Pensions Management Institute.
