Highly ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, Charlotte May specialises in all areas of intellectual property and scientific commercial law, including patents, trade marks, copyrights and database rights, passing off, registered and unregistered UK and Community design rights, and confidential information. She also has a strong reputation for media and entertainment work.

Charlotte was appointed as Standing Counsel to the Comptroller General of Patents and Trade Marks (IP Treasury Junior) in December 2008.
