Angharad Lynn is a partner in the private client team. She joined Russell-Cooke in April 2025 having previously headed up the London Private Client team of a national firm. 
Angharad has particular expertise in cross-border estate planning and administration. She supports globally mobile clients with assets in several jurisdictions on estate planning, working with their advisers in other countries to ensure they can pass on their assets as they wish. She also assists UK clients who have holiday homes abroad, dealing with both the legal and tax implications. 
Angharad is a fluent French speaker and is particularly experienced at dealing with Anglo-French estates. She liaises with lawyers in other jurisdictions to find the best solutions for her clients.
Angharad advises on the full range of private client work including drafting wills, setting up and administering trusts, estate planning, preparing lasting powers of attorney and administering deceased estates. 
Angharad writes and lectures extensively. She has spoken at a number of conferences including the Law Society’s Private Client conference, and has contributed to publications including the Financial Times, The Spectator and The Daily Telegraph, as well as specialist legal publications.
