Nageena Khalique, QC

Nageena is an accomplished and experienced silk specialising in public law, with an emphasis on health and community care issues, mental health, drug and treatment priorities and all aspects of welfare, property and affairs and cross border jurisdictional issues in the Court of Protection. Her public law work broaches wider fields in civil liberties in relation to breaches of various rights under the ECHR.
