Jocelyn has been IAAS level 2 qualified as a supervisor, is OISC regulated to Level 3 JRCM: the highest level and is a practising solicitor.
In 2019 Jocelyn commenced her own consultancy service which provides immigration advice in Nottingham and elsewhere. This is currently going through some expansion and re-branding which is due to occur in June 2021.
Day to day, Jocelyn provides immigration advise to clients, acts as advocate in the first tier tribunal and upper tier tribunal and sits as a fee-paid judge in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
