Nicola is an Associate at Browne Jacobson specialising in intellectual property law. She heads up the copyright, social media and user generated content practice at Browne Jacobson.

Nicola has a close insight into clients' expectations of their advisors having spent 3 years in-house with global gaming business Aristocrat Technologies and further time in-house at British Airways. This helps her to provide tailored commercial solutions to her clients.

Nicola has extensive dispute resolution and litigation experience, having conducted a number of reported high court and IPEC cases involving copyright, trade marks, patents and unregistered design rights.

Nicola's experience also extends to drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contractual arrangements (IP licences and assignments, hardware and software agreements, agency, distribution and sponsorship agreements, contracts of sale).
