Aoife Brannigan
Aoife is an Associate in the Real Estate team at RDJ LLP, where she advises on a broad range of transactions including large-scale residential deals, commercial property matters and real estate financing. She acts for a diverse client base spanning local authorities, approved housing bodies, corporate entities and private developers, giving her exposure to the full spectrum of the Irish real estate market — from public sector delivery to private investment and development. Aoife is co-chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Ireland Young Leaders. ULI is a global, cross-disciplinary real estate organisation dedicated to responsible land use and creating thriving, sustainable communities.
