Siobhan Bishop
Siobhan is a dedicated Principal Associate Employment Knowledge Lawyer at Gowling WLG LLP, with over 10 years' experience in an employment fee earning role and over 15 years' experience in Knowledge.
Siobhan delivers technical excellence solutions, concentrating on the practical application of legal developments, thought-leadership and technical know-how relating to the employment relationship. In addition, Siobhan works on client solutions and business development and is responsible for planning and implementing the Team's Away Days.
Siobhan has a particular interest in TUPE (both corporate and commercial outsourcing) and acts as a sounding board for colleagues. Siobhan leads Gowling WLG's TUPE Club for in-house counsel and HR specialists. Siobhan has drafted and contributed to several responses to Government consultations on behalf of the firm/clients and for ELA on TUPE and Collective Consultations for Redundancy.
