Katie Keogh is a Senior Associate in Mason Hayes & Curran LLP’s Financial Regulation team. Katie advises a range of clients seeking authorisation as regulated entities in Ireland on the authorisation process involved and their on-going regulatory requirements, including fitness and probity compliance and AML obligations. Katie also assists clients on their licensing requirements and regulatory compliance. Katie has experience advising a wide variety of public and regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of their statutory functions under their governing legislation and other legislation arising (both national and EU). Katie has previously advised on large-scale investigations into breaches of regulatory and other contractual standards.
