Rosa Gamble
Rosa joined Ignition in 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate team following successful completion of the Solicitors’ Qualifying Exam. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including investment rounds, M&A, corporate reorganisations and general company law.
Her experience includes:
· Acting for buyers and sellers on share and business acquisitions across a range of sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, consumer products and hospitality;
· Advising on management buyouts, founder exits and succession planning transactions;
· Conducting legal due diligence exercises and managing transaction processes through to completion;
· Acting on a variety of private company transactions, including investments, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic corporate projects; and
· Advising clients on general company law matters, including directors' duties, Companies Act compliance, shareholder approvals and constitutional amendments.
